Shipping and Returns

Switzerland

Shipments are made Monday to Friday per post (mini-letters) or DPD (parcels) / Payment 10 days net with invoice*, per postcard or credit card. All our prices include 7.6% VAT.*Orders for fr. 280.-- or more are sent cash on delivery.

USA/Canada & Other countries

Shipments are made Monday to Friday per surface mail (ECONOMY). Customs or other import fees are not included in our prices and are to be paid by the buyer. Prepayment per credit card.

Warranty

Each device has a warranty of 24 monthes. In case one item does not correspond to your expectations, you benefit from a 14-day return/exchange delay. For obvious hygienical reasons items which have been used or worn are not accepted back.
